It specializes in syndication of Private Equity, Venture Capital, Project
Finance and Advisory Services and Merger & Acquisition Advisory Services.
The Company has helped more than 250 clients in South India, in the field of
sourcing of funds, syndicating project finance, handling public issues,
arranging private placement of funds, venture capital funding etc. Swell is a
member of OTCEI the first automated exchange and helped several small companies
raise funds through public issues and private placements. As a registered
merchant banker with SEBI, Swell has underwritten several public issues on OTCEI
and participated in bought out deals which was a new product at that time. Swell
also helped companies in structured financing and innovative approach for short
term funding.
